The Florida Interscholastic Athletic Administrators Association will be holding their 42nd Annual State Conference in Orlando, May 1-4, 2020, at the Orlando Airport Marriott Lakeside. Athletic Administrators from throughout the state responsible for purchasing athletic equipment, supplies, and fund raising will be attending this conference.
Set-up will take place on Friday, May 1st from 2:00 pm to 8:00 pm. The exhibit areas will be open Saturday, May 2nd from 9:00 am to 12:00 noon and 1:30 pm to 8:00 pm, which includes a reception with Hors D ’Oeuvres held from 6:15 pm to 8:15 pm, at which all exhibitors and conference attendees are invited to attend. The exhibit areas will be open Sunday, May 3rd from 8:00 am to 12:00 noon, which will include a continental breakfast from 8:00 to 8:30 am. Breakdown of booths should not begin before 12:00 noon.
As usual, all conference breaks and door prize drawing will take place in the Exhibit Areas.
There will also be an Early Bird Golf Tournament at Eagle Creek Golf Course on Friday, May 1st at 7:00 am, with a registration fee of $65.00 per golfer.
Exhibitors are also invited Annual Awards Banquet and/or the Annual Meeting Breakfast. The Awards Banquet will take place on Sunday, May 3rd, with tickets available at $70 per person and the Annual Meeting Breakfast will take place Monday, May 4th, with tickets available at $30.00.
The charge for an 8 X 10 booth is $500.00, which includes one table, 2 chairs and one WIFI connection and attendance at the Saturday night reception and Sunday continental breakfast. The charge for an 8 X 20 booth is $700.00, which includes two tables, 4 chairs and two WIFI. Payment can be made by credit card or check. There is a discount for payment by check.
