The Florida Interscholastic Athletic Administrators Association will be holding their 41st Annual State Conference in Orlando, May 3-6, 2019, at the Orlando Airport Marriott Lakeside. Athletic Administrators from throughout the state responsible for purchasing athletic equipment, supplies, and fund raising will be attending this conference.
Set-up will take place on Friday, May 3rd from 5:00 pm to 8:00 pm. The exhibit areas will be open Saturday, May 4th from 9:00 am to 12:00 noon and 1:30 pm to 8:00 pm, as well as Sunday, May 5th from 7:30 am to 12:00 noon.
There will be a reception with Hors D ’Oeuvres held Saturday, May 4th from 6:15 pm to 8:15 pm, at which all exhibitors and conference attendees are invited to attend. A Continental Breakfast will be provided on Sunday, May 5th from 7:30 am to 8:00 am. As usual, all conference breaks and door prize drawing will take place in the Exhibit Areas.
There will also be an Early Bird Golf Tournament at Eagle Creek Golf Course on Friday, May 3rd at 7:30 am, with a registration fee of $65.00. The Annual Awards Banquet will take place on Sunday, May 5th, with tickets available at $70 per person.
The charge for an 8 X 10 booth is $500.00, which includes one WIFI connection and attendance at the Saturday night reception. The charge for an 8 X 20 booth is $700.00, which includes two WIFI. Premium Booths are available in the foyer area for an additional $100 per booth (click here for floor plan). An online registration fee will be added to all registrations (4.95%). Payment can be made by credit card or check. There is a discount for payment by check.
