Vendor Information

The Florida Interscholastic Athletic Administrators Association will be holding their 41st Annual State Conference in Orlando, May 3-6, 2019, at the Orlando Airport Marriott Lakeside. Athletic Administrators from throughout the state responsible for purchasing athletic equipment, supplies, and fund raising will be attending this conference.

This year’s show has been expanded to include multiple exhibit areas, as well as expanded exhibit periods. Set-up will take place on ​Friday, ​May ​4th from ​9:00 ​am ​to ​5:00 ​pm. The exhibit areas will be open Saturday, ​May ​4th from ​9:00 ​am ​to ​9:00 ​pm, and Sunday, May ​5th ​from ​7:30 ​am ​to ​12:00 ​noon.

There will be a reception held Saturday, ​May ​4th from ​6:15 ​pm ​to ​8:15 ​pm, at which all exhibitors and conference attendees are invited to attend. As usual, all conference breaks and door prize drawing will take place in the Exhibit Areas.

There will also be an Early ​Bird ​Golf ​Tournament ​at ​Eagle ​Creek ​Golf ​Course ​on ​Friday, ​May ​3rd at ​8:00 ​am, with a registration fee of $65.00.

The charge for an 8 X 10 booth is $500.00, which includes one WiFi connection and attendance at the Saturday night reception. The charge for an 8 X 20 booth is $700.00, which includes two WiFi connections and attendance at the Satuday reception. An online registration fee will be added to all registrations (4.95%). Payment can be made by credit card or check. There is a discount for payment by check.
